2. Events

Events panel comes with the Woocommerce Events Manager plugin which have so many settings that are easy to customize and self-explanatory.

Navigate to Dashboard >> Events

2.1 All Events

In this setting, you can see all your events and you can also create new new events .

2.2 Add New

This setting is used to create new events for your website.

2.2.1 Add New Events
  • Add title - Enter the title of the event.
  • Description - Add the description of the event.
2.2.2 Events Information

This section consists of the tabs which have various settings related to the events.

Venue/Location

  • Location Source - Select the location source ( Event Details, Organizer ).
  • Below mentioned settings will appear when user selects the Event Details in the Location Source Settings.

  • Location/Venue - Enter the location/venue of the event.
  • Street - Enter the street name.
  • City - Enter the city name.
  • State - Enter the state name.
  • Postcode - Enter the postal code here.
  • Country - Enter the country name here.
  • Show Google Map - To enable the google map select the checkbox.

Ticket & Pricing

  • Ticket Type List - User has to click on the Add New Ticket Type to use the setting. After user can enter the details like ticket, price, availability of the tickets, etc according to the need.
  • Extra service Area - User has to click on the Add Extra Price to use the setting.

Date & Time

  • Start Date - Select the date on which the event starts.
  • Start Time - Select the time on which the event starts.
  • End Date - Select the date on which the event starts.
  • End Time - Select the time on which the event starts.

Settings

  • SKU No - Enter the SKU Number here.
  • Registration On/Off - Enable/disable registration.
  • Show Available Seat? - To show available seats enable the button.
  • Reset Booking Count - If you reset this count, All booking information will be removed including attendee list & its impossible to undo.
  • EventsIs Virtual? - To show virtual event enable the button.
  • Member Only Event? - To enable this feature turn "On" the button.

Rich Text

Below mentioned settings appear only when you select the Enable option of the Rich Text Status.

  • Type - Enter the type of event here.
  • Name - Enter the name of the event here.
  • Start Date - Enter start date.
  • End Date - Enter end date.
  • Event Status - Select the status of the event according to the need.
  • Event Attendance Mode - Select the mode of the Event Attendance.
  • Previous Start Date - Enter the previous start date here.

F.A.Q

Using this setting user can add FAQ for their events.

  • Title - Enter the title of FAQ here.
  • Content - Enter the description of FAQ event here.

DayWise Details

Using this setting user can add day wise details of their events.

  • Title - Enter the title here.
  • Content - Enter the description here.

Email Text

  • Confirmation Email Text - Enter the text here which user want to send as a confirmation email.
2.2.3 Events Organizer, Events Category

Events Category

  • All Events Category - It shows a list of all Events Category. You can select any category according to the need.
  • Most Used - It shows a list of Events Category which are mostly used. You can select any category according to the need.
  • You can also add new category by clicking on the Add New Category.

Events Organizer

  • All Events Organizer - It shows a list of all Events Organizer. You can select any organizer according to the need.
  • Most Used - It shows a list of Events Organizer which are mostly used. You can select any organizer according to the need.
  • You can also add new organizer by clicking on the Add New Organizer.

2.2.4 Events Feature Image, Template, Event List Thumbnail

Events Feature Image

  • Events Feature Image - User can upload the events feature image by clicking on the link set Events Featured Image.

Template

  • Template - Select the template according to the need.

Event List Thumbnail

  • Thumbnail - User can upload the image for the event list.
2.2.4 Excerpt
  • Excerpt - Excerpts are optional hand-crafted summaries of your content that can be used in your theme.

2.3 Category

Using this setting user can add the category of the event.

Add New Category

  • Name - Enter the name of the category. The name is how it appears on your site.
  • Slug - The “slug” is the URL-friendly version of the name. It is usually all lowercase and contains only letters, numbers, and hyphens.
  • Parent Category - Select the parent category from here. It will assign a parent term to create a hierarchy. The term Jazz, for example, would be the parent of Bebop and Big Band.
  • Description - Enter the description of the category. It is not prominent by default; however, some themes may show it.
  • Image - You can upload the image from here and also you can remove the image.
  • Add New Category - Hit the button to create a new category.

2.4 Organizer

With this setting you can add new the organizer for the event.

Add New Job type

  • Name - Please enter the name of the organizer. The name is how it appears on your site.
  • Slug - The “slug” is the URL-friendly version of the name. It is usually all lowercase and contains only letters, numbers, and hyphens.
  • Parent Organizer - Select the parent organizer from here. It will assign a parent term to create a hierarchy. The term Jazz, for example, would be the parent of Bebop and Big Band.
  • Description - Enter the description of the organizer.It is not prominent by default; however, some themes may show it.
  • Location/Venue - Enter the location/venue here.
  • Street - Enter the street name here.

  • Country - Enter the country name here.
  • Add New Organizer - Hit the button to add new organizer.

2.5 Events Settings

The settings tab contains sub-tabs through which you can customize the various settings of the events.

2.5.1 General Settings

General Settings

  • Event Label - If you want to change the event label in the dashboard menu you can change here.
  • Event Slug - Please enter the slug name you want. Remember after change this slug you need to flush permalink, Just go to Settings->Permalink hit the Save Settings button.
  • Event Icon - If you want to change the event icon in the dashboard menu you can change from here, Dashboard icon only support dashicon, So please go to Dash Icon and copy your icon code and paste here.
  • Event category Label - You can change the category label that appears in the dashboard menu with this setting.
  • Event category Slug - Please enter the slug name you want for event category. Remember after change this slug you need to flush permalink, Just go to Settings->Permalink hit the Save Settings button.
  • Event Organizer Label - You can change the organizer label that appears in the dashboard menu with this setting.
  • Event Organizer Slug - Please enter the slug name you want for event category. Remember after change this slug you need to flush permalink, Just go to Settings->Permalink hit the Save Settings button.
  • Google Map Type? - Please select the map type you want to show in fronntend.
  • Google Map API Key - Enter Your Google Map API key.
  • Enable Speaker List - If you want to enable speaker list, Please select Yes by default its disable. If it is enabled then Speaker tab appears in the Events Panel.
  • Show Product Category in Event? - If you want set product category based coupon code you need to assign event into Product category, Please set yes only when you need it.
  • Event Details Template - Selet the Event Details Template from here.
  • Show Event Price in List? - Select Yes option if you want to show event price in the list .
  • Show Multi Date List in Event listing Page? - Please select if you want to show the full date list for multi date event in the event listing page.
  • Enable Shipping Method on event? - Please Select The event product type which is using in WooCommerce, By default its virtual. If you change this type you need to re-save all the event again.
  • Event Price Label - Enter The text which you want to show as price label.
  • Event Time Format - Please select what format time you want to display in event fronntend.
  • Redirect Checkout after Booking? - If you want to go direct checkout page after booking an event please enable/disable this.
  • When will event expire - Please select when event will expire, On event start time or event endtime.
  • Hide Organizer Section from list ? - Select yes to hide organizer section from list.
  • Hide Location Section from list ? - Select yes to hide location section from list.
  • Hide Full Time Section from list ? - Select yes to hide time section from list.
  • Hide Only End Time Section from list ? - Select yes to hide Only End Time section from list.
  • Hide Event Date Section from Details page ? - Select yes to hide time section from details.
  • Hide Event Time Section from Details page ? - Select yes to hide time section from details.
  • Hide Event Location Section from Details page ? - Select yes to hide location section from details.
  • Hide Event Total Seat Section from Details page ? - Select yes to hide Total Seat Section from details.
  • Hide "Org By" Section from Details page ? - Select yes to hide Only End Time section from list.
  • Hide Event Address Section from Details page ? - Select yes to Event Address Section from details.
  • Hide Event Schedule Section from Details page ? - Select yes to Event Schedule Section from details.
  • Hide Event Share this Section from Details page ? - Select yes to Event Share this Section from details.
  • Hide Add Calendar Button from Details page ? - Select yes to Event google map Section from details.
  • Hide Location From Order Details & Email Section? - If you want to hide Location from order details section in the tankyou page & from the confirmation email body, Please select Yes. By default is: No.
  • Hide Date From Order Details & Email Section? - If you want to hide Date from order details section in the thankyou page & from the confirmation email body, Please select Yes. By default is: No.
  • Hide / Visible Event Hover Book Now Button ? - If you want to Hide / Visible Event Hover Book Now Button , Please select Yes. By default is: No.
  • Event Hover Book Now Button Text ? - Please Type Event Hover Book Now Button Text. OtherWise It will be Book Now.
  • Show 0 Price as Free ? - If you want to show 0 Price as Free , Please select Yes.
2.5.2 Email Settings

Email Settings

  • Email Sent on order status - Please Select when and which order status event confirmation email will send to customer.
  • Email Form Name - Enter Email Form Name here.
  • Form Email - Enter Form Email here .
  • Email Subject - Enter Email Subject here.
  • Confirmation Email Text - Enter Confirmation Email Text using this setting.
2.5.3 Style Settings

Style Settings

  • Base Color - Select a Basic Color, It will chanage the icon background color, border color.
  • Label Background Color - Select a Label Background Color.
  • Label Text Color - Select Label Text Color.
  • Cart Button Background Color - Select Cart Button Background Color.
  • Cart Button Text Color - Select Cart Button Text Color.
  • Calender Button Background Color - Select Calender Button Background Color.
  • Calender Button Text Color - Select Calender Button Text Colo.
  • FAQ Title Background Color - Select FAQ Title Background Color.

Translation Settings

  • Free - Please Type the text which you want to as 0 Price.
  • Ticket Type Table Label - Enter the text which you want to display as ticket type table in event details page.
  • Extra Service Table Label - Enter the text which you want to display as extra service table in event details page.
  • Cart Button Label - Enter the text which you want to display in Cart button in event details page.
  • Add Calendar Button Label - Enter the text which you want to display in Add you calender in event details page.
  • Social Share Label - Enter the text which you want to display as share button title in event details page.
  • Organized By - Enter the text which you want to display as Organized By in event list page.
  • Location - Enter the text which you want to display as Location in event list page & Order Confirmation Page.
  • Time - Enter the text which you want to display as Time in event list page.
  • Event Location - Enter the text which you want to display as Event Location in event list page.
  • Event Date - Enter the text which you want to display as Event Date in event list page & Order Confirmation Page.
  • Event Time - Enter the text which you want to display as Event Time in event list page.

  • Select Ticket Error Message - Enter the text which you want to display when no ticket selected popup display.
  • Virtual Event Rebon - Enter Text For Virtual Event Rebon.
  • Multi Date Event Rebon - Enter Text For Multi Date Event Rebon.
  • View More Date Button - Enter Text For View More Date button.
  • Hide Date Lists Button - Enter Text For Hide Date Lists button.

2.5.5 Carousel Settings

Carousel Settings

  • Load owlCarousel From Theme - If your theme Carousel stop working or in your theme already loaded the OWL Carousel Lib, then you can set this yes.
  • Auto Play - Please select Carousel will auto play or not.
  • Infinite Loop - Please select Carousel will Infinite Loop or not.
  • Carousel Auto Play Speed - Please Enter Carousel Auto Play Speed, Default 5000.

  • Filter By Country - Enter Country name here, by which you want to filter the events.
  • Pagination - To enable the pagination select the checkbox.

This shortcode is used to display an event calender. This is an automated shortcode with no additional settings, the user has to add this shortcode on a page.

3.1.4 City List

This shortcode outputs a list of cities. This is an automated shortcode with no additional settings, the user has to add this shortcode on a page.

This shortcode is used to display the speaker's list
