2.1 Discounts

In this setting, you can see all discounts and you can also create new discounts.

Add Discount

Below mentioned settings appear when you click on the Add Discount button.

Discount Details

• Amount - Enter the amount of the discount.
• Type - Type the amount of this discount.
• Maximum uses limit - You can adjust the maximum usage limit with this setting. Leave it blank for an unlimited time of usage.
• Valid from - Select the date from when the discount offers become valid.
• To - Select the date till when the discount offer will be valid.

• Per single user limit - You can adjust the single user limit. Leave it blank for an unlimited time of usage.
• Limit this discount to the following services - Select the services on which offer is available. Leave it blank if you want to be applied to all services.
• This is as - Select whether the discount needs to apply as a coupon code or automatic and you will get options accordingly.

2.2 Bookings

With this setting, you can see all the bookings and can also add a booking.

Add New Booking

Below mentioned settings appear when you click on the Add Booking button.

Booking Details

• Select a day - Select the date.
• Select an hour - Select the time.
• Status - Select the status of the payment.
• Search for existing users - You can search for existing users by typing a name or email.
• First name - Enter the first name.
• Last name - Enter the last name.
• E-mail - Enter the Email ID.
• Mobile phone - Enter the contact number.
• Address - Enter the address details.
• Create A New User - To create a new user select the checkbox.

Services

• Select a service - Select the service from the dropdown.
• Select an assistant - Select an assistant from the dropdown.
• Add Service - Click on the button to add service.
• Duration - Enter the time duration.
• Amount ($) - Enter the amount.
• Amount to be paid - Enter the Amount to be paid.
• Discount - Select the discount.
• Personal Message - Enter the Personal Message.
• Administration notes - Enter the Administration notes.

2.3 Services

Using this setting you can see all the services and also can add new service.

Add New Service

• Enter Service Name - Enter the name of the Service.

Service Details

• Price ($) - Enter the price of the service.
• Units per session - This option represents the number of reservations you can receive at the same date and time for this specific service.
• Duration - You can change the available hour fractions options here.
• Secondary - Select this if you want this service considered as secondary level service.
• Exclusive Services - If enabled, when a customer choose this service no other services can be booked during the same reservation.
• Hide On Front End - If enabled this service will never be displayed on front-end.
• Execution order - This option is useful when you want to assign a specific execution order to every single service booked inside a single reservation.
• No assistant required - Use this option for those services that don't require the presence of an assistant.
• Service Description - Enter a very short description of this service that will be displayed on the front-end. It is optional.

2.4 Services Categories

With this setting you can add new the service category.

Add New Service Category

• Name - Please enter the name of the service category. The name is how it appears on your site.
• Slug - The “slug” is the URL-friendly version of the name. It is usually all lowercase and contains only letters, numbers, and hyphens.
• Description - Enter the description of the service category. It is not prominent by default; however, some themes may show it.
• Image - You can upload the image of the service category here.
• Add New Service Category - Hit the button to add new service category.

2.5 Assistants

This setting will enable you to see all the assistants and you can also add new assistant by clicking on the button Add Assistant.

Add New Assistant

• Enter Assistant Name - Enter the name of the assistant.
• E-mail - Enter the email ID of the assistant.
• Phone - Enter the contact number.
• Limit reservations to the following services - Use this option only if this assistant is able to provide specific services. If not leave it blank.
• Multiple customers per session - This option can be used when this assistant provide a service like a class with multiple students and can be booked multiple times for the same date/time slot.
• Assistant Description - Enter the description of the assistant here.
• Featured Image - You can set the featured image of the assistant.

2.6 Customers

This setting will enable you to see all the customers and you can also add new customer by clicking on the button Add Customer.

Customer details

• First name - Enter the first name of the customer.
• Last name - Enter the last name of the customer.
• E-mail - Enter the Email ID here.
• Mobile phone - Enter the contact number.
• Address - Enter the address details.
• Personal note - Enter the personal note here.
• Administration note - Enter the administration note here.
• Customer's bookings - Here you can see the Booking Statistics.

2.7 Settings

The settings tab contains sub-tabs through which you can customize the various salon related settings. This settings are very simple to customize.

From this Salon > > section of the Salon Booking you can easily import Customers, Services, Assistants using a CSV file with the details fields .
